AsiaInfo Services 02-19-2007 China Unicom Launches One-way Billing to GSM Subscribers BEIJING, Feb 19, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Unicom Beijing branch announces that the one-way charge policy is also realized in its GSM network after that was carried out in its CDMA network on February 14. Local incoming calls are free, local outgoing calls are charged CNY 0.36 per minute, domestic long-distance call by using 17911 IP card is charged CNY 0.1 per minute, CNY 0.2 less than that before.
