AsiaInfo Services 03-09-2007 Dell Released PCs with Pre-installed Vista SHANGHAI, Mar 09, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Dell, a US-based PC giant, released on March 7 full-line mainstream PCs with pre-installed Chinese version of Vista, at least a month later than Vista's debut in the US. Dozens of the mainstream products, including commercial notebook computer Dell Latitude, commercial desktop computer OptiPlex, home notebook computer Dimension and Dell Workstation Precision, can be pre-installed with the Chinese version of operating system of Vista. As early as January 30 2007, Microsoft had issued the personal operating system of Windows Vista.
