PETROCHINA'S REVENUE REACHES RECORD HIGH

AsiaInfo Services 03-21-2007 PetroChina's Revenue Reaches Record High BEIJING, Mar 21, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- PetroChina Company Limited, one of the leading operators of oil and natural gas in China, had realized CNY 142.2 billion of net profits as of December 31, 2006. The issued net profits also marked a year-on-year increase of 6.6%, or a record high after its dual-listing in both New York and Hong Kong. Last year, PetroChina achieved CNY 688.98 billion of sales revenues, surging 24.8%.
Basic and diluted earnings per share of the company was CNY 0.79, growing by CNY 0.04 from the prior-year period. Board with PetroChina advised to offer final dividend of CNY 0.15 per share. Along with interim dividend of CNY 0.20 per share, whole year's dividend...
