AsiaInfo Services 04-03-2007 Huawei to Set up Plant in Dongguan SHENZHEN, Apr 03, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Chinese telecom equipment tycoon Huawei Technologies invested CNY 4 billion in the establishment of a plant in Dongguan, an economic booming city in southern China's Guangdong Province. Located in Songshan Lake Science and Technology Industry Park, the first-phase project of the plant will be finished within 2007 while in the early period of next year, it will come into production.
Meanwhile, the second-phase project will be under construction this year. In the light of a cooperation project, which was signed in 2006 involving CNY 4 billion, the first and second phase of projects will form a production capacity with CNY 60 billion to 70 billion,...
