won zero tariff, Ningbo Dafa Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. 4.86%, and other Chinese companies responding to the anti-dumping investigation 4.44% averagely, compared with as high as 44.3% for those who give no response. The anti-dumping investigation on Chinese polyester staple fibre is called the largest one on Chinese textiles, involving 20 Chinese companies and a total value of more than USD 50 million.
