AsiaInfo Services 04-19-2007 Credit Suisse Upgrades China's Economic Growth BEIJING, Apr 19, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Credit Suisse, a global leading investment bank, April 17 advanced the estimation of China's economic growth to 11.1% and 11.5% respectively for the first two quarters this year, higher than the previous 10.2% and 10.5%.
And the economic growth for 2007 has been upgraded to 11% from 10.4%. It was the highlighting CPI (consumer price index) in the passed several months that urged the global giant to advance the economic growth in China, although the CPI for the first quarter of 2007 is to be released on April 19. Credit Suisse expressed in its report that "both the economy and stock market in China will come across large-scale adjustment."...
