AsiaInfo Services 05-18-2007 AOL to Bounce Back to China BEIJING, May 18, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- AOL has planned to carry out its large-scale overseas expansion plan in 2007, including the establishment of a representative office in Greater China Region, said its chief executive Randy Falco. Now, the company is evaluating the Chinese market and is set to build a representative office in Geatern China Region. As a matter of fact, it has invested USD 200 million in setting up the FM365 website in China with Lenovo Group Limited, the largest PC maker in the country, but finally abandoned the business because of bad operation. At the same time, the CEO added that the company plans to start business in 14 countries in the following 18 months.
