AsiaInfo Services 07-06-2007 China Unicom Provide Whole Song Download Services BEIJING, Jul 06, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Unicom, the nation's second largest mobile telecom carrier, announced on July 3 that it would start enabling users to download whole songs into their mobile phones via the client software of music on the Brew terminal platform.
It would ask for CNY 3 for each song on average. To download whole songs, compared with the previous coloring ring back tone (CRBT) that provides only music segments, will advance the demand over the wireless network speed of mobile phones.
