AsiaInfo Services 07-16-2007 Beijing Olympic Games to Use Panasonic Equipments BEIJING, Jul 16, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The TV broadcast service in the 29th Olympic Games will leave aside traditional tape storage equipments and use Panasonic P2HD radio and TV broadcast equipments, which are currently in interior debugging. The new equipments are produced by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., a global Olympic Games partner.

These equipments including vidicon, video cassette recorder, editing machine and picture replayer will enter the IBC (International Broadcast Center) of Beijing Olymic Games in March 2008 and dozens of Olympic stadiums around June.
