AsiaInfo Services 07-16-2007 China Unicom's Chinese Name Registered as Condom Label BEIJING, Jul 16, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- "Liantong", the Chinese name of China Unicom, the second largest mobile telecom operator in the country, has been registered as a trademark for womb veils, condom and non-chemical prophylactic drugs. The trademark is registered by a health care company in Shenzhen, a developed city in China's northern Guangdong province, and its validity period will last from March 21, 2007 to March 20, 2017 in line with the announcement on the official website of the Trademark Office of State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
