AsiaInfo Services 07-20-2007 Shanghai Industrial Holdings to Raise HKD3bn for Acquisitions SHANGHAI, Jul 20, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited (SIHL and SEHK: 0363), is to raise about HKD 3 billion by selling 96.9 million shares at a price of HKD 31.2 apiece, the company said in a statement on July 17. Proceeds from the share sale will be used for the possible acquisitions for infrastructure facilities and real estate projects.
