AsiaInfo Services 07-27-2007 China Unicom Said to Bid for 3G License in HK with Local Peers BEIJING, Jul 27, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Unicom, the nation's second largest mobile telecom operator after China Mobile, intends to invite three Hong Kong-based telecom operators to jointly bid for a CDMA2000 network license to provide 3G telecom services in Hong Kong, insiders said.
