AsiaInfo Services 07-27-2007 Aoyou.com Become 100% Subsidiary of CYTS BEIJING, Jul 27, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd. (CYTS), one of the top three travel groups in China, announced that is has gained approval from the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) to turn over a 60% stake of CYTS Travelport International Travel Co., Ltd.
from Travelport China for USD 2.5 million. The deal, which has been fully completed by July 25, made Aoyou.com a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chinese tourism giant.
