AsiaInfo Services 08-15-2007 Commercial Operation of China's TD-SCDMA Network May Delay BEIJING, Aug 15, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Citigroup, one of the world's largest financial services providers, said in an August 13 statement that China Mobile's overall commercial operation of the TD-SCDMS network may be delayed because of the inadequate preparation for launching qualified mobile phones.
