AsiaInfo Services 08-17-2007 Shandong Sun Paper to Set Up Thermal Paper JV SHANDONG, Aug 17, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002078), a listed paper manufacturer, announced on August 16 that it plans to establish a joint venture with a BVI-registered company. The expected joint venture, with total registered capital of about CNY 250 million and a designed production capacity of 98,000 tons of thermal paper per year, will be 75%-owned by the Shandong-based company. Sun Paper said in a statement that it has almost mastered all the key technology of the manufacture of high-end thermal paper.
