AsiaInfo Services 09-07-2007 PSA Peugeot Citroen Mulls New Plant in China WUHAN, Sep 07, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- PSA Peugeot Citroen Group, the largest automaker in France, will set up a new factory in China with its Chinese partner, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, reveals Christian Streiff, president of the French company. The two automakers have set up a venture in Wuhan, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd., which has been building its second factory.
So the factory to be built will be the third factory of the French automaker with 12 new car models to be launched. CVM Duchesne, head of the French automaker's China business, had told reporters that the first factory of its venture in China will have an annual production capacity of 400,000...
