AsiaInfo Services 10-02-2007 World Car Giants Pick up Grabbing China Luxury Car Market CHENGDU, Oct 02, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The world's luxury carmakers like Porsche and Bentley are upbeat the Chinese market while their competition is ascending. China imported 74,000 over-3L gasoline sedans and SUVs in 2006 with a yearly soar of 59.2%, faster than the growth of the import of medium-and small-displacement cars and 18.5 percentage points more than the overall growth of car import, statistics shows.
