AsiaInfo Services 10-16-2007 China Unicom to Adjust CDMA Allowance Policy BEIJING, Oct 16, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Unicom, the nation's second largest mobile phone operator after China Mobile, has made a decision to make some adjustments on its five-year-lasted CDMA-oriented mobile phone allowance policy, revealed a senior executive of the company.
