AsiaInfo Services 10-31-2007 Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Saw Q3 Net Profit Up 59.8% SHANGHAI, Oct 31, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB, SHSE: 600000) made up to CNY 1.369 billion net profit in the third quarter 2007 and the figure hiked 59.80 percent over a year earlier, according to the quarterly results it has released. The Shanghai-based bank gained CNY 0.31 underlying earnings per share in the three-month period.
Its net profit and earnings per share in the first three quarters this year respectively hit CNY 3.923 billion and CNY 0.90. The commercial lender has grown its total assets to CNY 844.415 billion, rising 22.49 percent year on year, and net assets per share to CNY 6.29 by the end of the reporting period. ...
