AsiaInfo Services 11-02-2007 PSA Peugeot Citroen to Build Third Plant in China WUHAN, Nov 02, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- PSA Peugeot Citroen, a French automobile and motorcycle manufacturer, plans to set up the third assembly factory in China between the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008. The new plant will be settled in Hangzhou in Eastern China or in Wuhan in the central region of the country.
Its annual output is forecasted to reach 150,000 cars. At the same time, PSA intends to largely promote the production efficiency of its first assembly plant in China from 2008-start, and will start to operate its second assembly plant there in 2009.
