AsiaInfo Services 11-12-2007 Skyworth Denies Rumors on Listing Progress of its Arm SHENZHEN, Nov 12, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shenzhen-based Skyworth Group clarified on November 8, 2007 that its attempt to list its digital television business, especially the set-top box business, on the Chinese yuan-denominated A-share stock market had not been progressing currently. A Guangzhou media reported yesterday that Skyworth Group had filed the initial public offering plan of its digital TV business with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the nation's securities regulator. Skyworth Group did plan to spin off its digital TV business to go public, as its Hong Kong-listed subsidiary Skyworth Digital Holdings Ltd.
