AsiaInfo Services 11-22-2007 IGRS Becomes International 3C Standard BEIJING, Nov 22, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The IGRS (Intelligent Grouping and Resource Sharing) technology standard is to become the first international 3C convergence standard. It has passed a significant round of votes of the International Electrotechnical Commission, revealed the IGRS Working Group. The IGRS technology resolves the incompatibility problem in drive, port, and network configuration and realizes automatic identification and wireless connection between 3C (Computer, Communication and Consumer Electronics) products like computers, televisions, projectors, digital cameras, and mobile phones.
