AsiaInfo Services 11-22-2007 IGRS Becomes International 3C Standard BEIJING, Nov 22, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The IGRS (Intelligent Grouping and Resource Sharing) technology standard is to become the first international 3C convergence standard. It has passed a significant round of votes of the International Electrotechnical Commission, revealed the IGRS Working Group.
