AsiaInfo Services 11-29-2007 Dongfeng Automobile to Buy Idle Assets of Fengshen Xiangfan WUHAN, Nov 29, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600006) announced on November 28, 2007 that it would buy the unused assets of Fengshen Xiangfan Auto Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of its parent Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd.
for CNY 19.55 million. Fengshen Xiangfan Auto is the second factory of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company under Dongfeng Motor, dealing in developing and researching and manufacturing Teana and old type of Bluebird, two sedan models of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.
