KERRY PROPERTIES TO SELL STAKE IN MAINLAND PROJECTS

AsiaInfo Services 12-11-2007 Kerry Properties to Sell Stake in Mainland Projects HONGKONG, Dec 11, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Hong Kong-traded Kerry Properties Limited (SEHK: 0683) is set to sell shares in seven real estate projects it developed in Mainland China to its parent company Kerry Group and its Singapore-listed sister company Allgree Properties Limited. The company is expected to obtain a total of HKD 112 million via selling 20% to 60% of the shares in the seven projects, respectively. Besides the two projects located in Hangzhou, the other five in Chengdu, Qinhuangdao and Shenyang were gained in 2007.
