AsiaInfo Services 12-14-2007 SIA & Temasek Fix Strategic Investment in China Eastern SHANGHAI, Dec 14, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Eastern Airlines Corp. Ltd. (SHSE: 600115; SEHK: 0670), one of the largest three airlines in the country, announces on December 13, 2007 that it will issue additional H-shares to Singapore Airlines Ltd.
(SGX: SIA) Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd. to introduce the two companies as strategic partners. The Shanghai-based air carrier will issue 2.985 billion H-shares at HKD 3.8 apiece: 1.1 billion to its controller China Eastern Air Holding Co., 1.235 billion to SIA and 649 million to Temasek.
