AsiaInfo Services 01-10-2008 Agricultural Bank of China Stars Second Round of Auditing BEIJING, Jan 10, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The Agricultural Bank of China, the sole of the nation's big four state banks that has not gone public, launched a second round of auditing & valuation. The base date for the auditing was December 31, 2007.
Deloitte & Touche has completed auditing the bank's financial assets for 2005 and 2006 and put forward credit and non-credit results. As Agricultural Bank of China did not initiate shareholding reform nor received the government's bailout in 2007, its financial data still needs auditing.
