AsiaInfo Services 01-14-2008 Liaoning Publishing to Inject Assets into Listed Arm SHENYANG, Jan 14, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Liaoning Publishing Group is weighing a plan to inject the assets in other five publishing firms into its listed arm Liaoning Publishing and Media Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 601999). Liaoning People's Publishing House, Liaoning Nationality Publishing House, Liaoning Children's Publishing House and Chunfeng Literature & Art Publishing House. Liaoning Publishing and Media gained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to get listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on November 21, 2007, becoming China's first publishing company to go public on the country's A-share market.
