AsiaInfo Services 01-17-2008 Nissan & Dongfeng Motor Built Car Finance Firm WUHAN, Jan 17, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- NISSAN Motor Co., Ltd., the second largest Japanese carmaker, has set up an automobile finance firm with Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 0489) of China in Shanghai. The Shanghai-headquartered finance firm is a 65-35 joint venture between the Japanese carmaker and its Chinese partner with registered capital of CNY 500 million.
The venture will carry out business in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and a couple of other major cities at first and then the rest big cities in the country.
