(China Unicom, NYSE: CHU, HKSE: 0762, and SHSE: 600050), the nation's second biggest mobile carrier, has recently decided to adjust the roaming fee on mobile phones as soon as possible. It plans to complete the technology improvement of its three pillar mobile services under CDMA and GSM networks, such as the World Wind, Ru Yi Tong, and U-Power, before the end of this month.
