AsiaInfo Services 03-26-2008 Phoenix Publishing & Media Eyes IPO NANJING, Mar 26, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Chinese publishing company Phoenix Publishing & Media Group recently inked a contract to invite Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. as its financial consultant for the restructuring. It has become a trend for publishing companies in China to expand via launching ownership reforms as well as restructurings and then getting listed, said Tan Yue, chairman of the company. Tan said in a statement that it has a better understanding of the importance of ownership reform and restructuring as which would play a significant role in the company's long-term development.
