AsiaInfo Services 03-28-2008 Shanghai B Share Index Slightly Down on March 26 SHANGHAI, Mar 28, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Like A-share indexes on China's stock market on March 26, the US dollar- and Hong Kong dollar-denominated B-share stock indexes in Shanghai and Shenzhen respectively inched down and up on the day. SSE (Shanghai Stock Exchange) B Share Index dropped 0.80 points or 0.31 percent to close at 261.40, while SSE (Shenzhen Stock Exchange) B Share Index rose 0.30 points or 0.05 percent to end at 554.86. The turnover of B-share stocks on the two bourses reached and CNY 183 million and CNY 200 million, decreasing from the prior trading day separately.
