AsiaInfo Services 03-31-2008 Zhengzhou Gas to Sell A-shares in Shenzhen ZHENGZHOU, Mar 31, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Zhengzhou Gas Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 3928), a piped gas distributor and gas appliance retailer in China Mainland, plans to get listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and sell renminbi-denominated shares, according the documents filed China Securities Regulatory Commission. Board of directors of the gas company decides to sell no more than 42 million A-shares with a nominal value of CNY 1 each, or 420 million A-shares with a nominal value of CNY 0.1 each.
