LENOVO, DCM INVEST USD15MN IN NEW SIHE WOOD

AsiaInfo Services 04-03-2008 Lenovo, DCM Invest USD15mn in New Sihe Wood SHANGHAI, Apr 03, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China-based three-layer solid wood floor producer Shanghai New Sihe Wood Co., Ltd. has won a second investment of USD 15 million, citing a report. The investors are DCM, a US-based venture capital firm, and Lenovo Group Limited (SEHK: 0992), China's largest personal computer maker which firstly laid out USD 20 million in the floor producer in October 2007. The money will fund New Sihe's reserve of high-quality wood and its expansion in the Chinese, North American and European markets. Established in 2001 by Sihe Wood Co., Ltd.
