AsiaInfo Services 05-06-2009 China Unicom Completes 2G Network Upgrade SHENZHEN, May 06, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- China Unicom pushed through the 2G network upgrading project at the end of last month, well preparing for its coming 3G services. China Unicom is scheduled to kick off its 3G services in 55 major Chinese cities on May 17.
