Brazil: SAP and Genesys launched CIC system.

SAP launched CIC (Customer Information Center) in Brazil along with Genesys. The new computer system will provide global communications solutions
for SAP's back office users. CIC will also be available in Latin America. Genesys' Latin American sales generated US$4mil revenues in the fiscal year ending last June. The company forecasts US$10mil for next year, but its goal is to reach US$15mil in the near future. Genesys has recently opened representative offices in Argentina and Mexico.
