Chile: Terra Networks' ADR issue valued Telefonica CTC Chile's.

Terra Networks' yesterday's successful ADR's issue increased the value of Telefonica CTC Chile's 1.1% stake in that company from US$40milpreviously to US$113mil at present. Terra Networks' ADR's closed at US$38.25, up from the initial price of US$13.4 - Telefonica CTC Chile acquired 2.984mil stocks in Terra Networks at US$13.4 per share after the sale of Telefonica.Net for US$40mil.
