The Peruvian subsidiary of BellSouth has been granted a 20 years concession to operate public telephone services in all the provinces, exception made for Lima and Callao, where it already had concession for this service. The new concession allows the company to tap all thePeruvian territory with public telephone and also Band B cellular services.
