Brazil: Battle to win the ERP market.

Datasul, ERP software company, and Vantive, CRM software company, broke the commercial agreement to compete in the middle market. Vantive, that was bought by PeopleSoft, one of the biggest ERP companies, will make an alliance with Siebel Systems. CRM is a kind of ERP evoluted, and the alliance with Datasul can turn possible to Siebel to achieve the middle market, with companies that sell up to US$150mil. Sibel has 10% of the middle market, and Datasul, 75%. Vantive also wants to compete for the middle market, and wants to associate to other companies.
