Argentina: Sonepar acquires Richetta.

Sonepar Distribution, a French electric materials retail trade chain, has acquired a 51% stake in the Cordoba based Richetta, that will play as spearhead to expand operations both in Argentina and South America.Plans are to set up new branches of Richetta, that had sales for US$11mil in 1999, and reinforce its position in the market.
