Brazil: Sharp struggles to move out from bankruptcy.

Consumer electronics producer Sharp, that applied for preventive bankruptcy by
March unable to manage piled up debts of R$600mil, is betting in a merge with other producers to stay afloat. The company is actively negotiating with the development bank BNDES a R$40mil creditthat would allow it to continue production and comply with orders of 8,000 items from its 250,000 registered customers.
