Argentina: Solar energy business grows.

Kyocera Solar a producer of solar energy generating equipment, has acquired in Argentina Solartec in a US$50mil deal paid to Golden Genesis Co. Kyocera sees good possibilities to expand its business in Argentina, where Soalrtec posts sales of US$8mil, accounting for 80% of the domestic market, competing with other 5 -6 companies that distributelocally imported products.
