Brazil: Vivendi and Accor create facility management company.

The facility management is increasing in Brazil attracting many multinational groups, like Dalkia Brasil, a merge between Dalkia held by French group Vivendi and Infra4, division of Accor do Brasil. The joint venture aims to put together the company' skills in the development of services render, with investments of R$13.5mil in a 50/50 basis. With 1,300 employees Dalkia Brasil expects a turnover of R$50mil in its first year of operations. The company already has 70 major contracts planning to triple this figure in a near future.
