The Chilean wine company Vina Concha y Toro posted profits of Pesos$10.264bil between January and September 2000, a 10.5% increase in comparison with the same period of 1999. Operating profits at the company rose 18.2%, to Pesos$11.336bil, while sales rose 10%, to Pesos$62.990bil.
