Beauticontrol, owned as of last year by the Tupperware group and leader of the US direct cosmetics sales market for over 20 years, has started up Mexican operations, opening 6 centres in Guadalajara for women keen to act as sales representatives for the firm. Tupperware has operated in Mexico for over 35 years in the direct utensils sales trade with a network - past and present - of over 200,000 sales representatives and eventually shop owners or businessmen.
