Brazil : Cameco outlines sale strategy.

According to the research developed by Cameco do Brasil, producer of farm machinery controlled by John Deere, 139 facilities in the country still do not have harvesting machinery. It represents 45,3% of the 307 units sold in Brazil. Cameco has organized a meeting at Ribeirao Preto, Sao Paulo state, and according to its marketing manager Mr Eduardo Cunali, 15 units were sold. Each equipment costs R$592,000. For 2001 Cameco predicts to sell 140-150 harvesting machinery, 30% growth compared to 2000. For 2002 prospect is to reach the sale of 160 units.
