Banco Nacional de Mexico completed sale of Banco Bansud.

Banco Nacional de Mexico completed the sale of the total of its share and of other rights of Banco Bansud of Argentina according to the financial group Banamex. This holding group pointed out that the share of its main subsidiary Banamex was 59.58% of the capital of this Argentinean bank and 76.17% of the vote's rights. In December Banamex signed the last contract with Banco Macro for the sale of its share in Bansud.
