Microsoft blames the government for slowdown in IT investments.

The lack of commitment from the Venezuelan government to invest in information technology may slowdown the technology advances in the country, according to the views from Microsoft. The government in Latin America lead the process, and Brazil represents 50% of Microsoft market in the region, while Venezuela only8%.
