Verdi group sets up car dealers in Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais states.

Verdi group, the largest motor vehicles dealer chain in Brazil (owner of 13 car dealers and 39 truck dealers) has recently set up its 13th dealer, under the Volkswagen brand in Sao Paulo (Sao Paulo state). It also set up a Toyota dealer in Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais state) known as Green Minas. Both dealers are part of its pilot-program to set up cheaper dealers. The program is aimed at increasing autoparts sales and reducing the area towards technical support. Verdi holds six Toyota' dealers, four Mercedes-Benz', two Volkswagen' and two GM' (General Motors). Out of the 8,000 new cars predicted to be sold this year, Toyota will account for 5,300, Mercedes-Benz for 1,200, Volkswagen for 800 and GM for 700 cars. To reach this figure, the...
