September 30th is the D-day established by the Brazilian oil company Petrobras and the Gregorio Goyo Perez Companc family to complete the acquisition of the main Argentinean energy group. The acquisition of 58.6% of Perez Companc by Petrobras will activate a series of parallel operations. Conuar (Combustibles Nucleares Argentinos) and FAE (Fabrica de Aleaciones Especiales) are the firms through which PeCom participates as supplier of the nuclear sector.
