Argentina: Molinos sells to Bunge Ukraine vegetable oils operation.

Molinos Rio de la Plata continues reorganizing its business and decided to sell to Bunge, for US$19.3mil, its soybean and sunflower vegetable oils packaging & distribution business in Russia and former URSS countries. These, as other business abroad, are managed by Molinos International, that on September has associated with Corpora Transmontes creating Novaceites in Chile. Molinos issued a press release explaining divestments follow a strategy to concentrate in key business in the regions where its brands can be strongly positioned in the market.
